Resul doðduðu sene,yaþanmýþtý bu vakýa,
Vali oldu Ebrehe,inanýrdý Allaha,
Yemende Vali idi,baðlý Habeþistana,
Miladi beþ yüz yetmiþ,yaptý Mabet Sana’ya,




Huccac varýr Kabe’ye,kimse gelmez Sana’ya,
Hükümdardý Araba,aklýnda vardý hülya.
Kýskanýrdý önceden,iltifatý Kabeyi,
Gelsin buraya Huccac,süsledi Kiliseyi.




Pisledi bir gecede,bir adam Kiliseye,
Hristiyan Ebrehe,döndü birden deliye,
Karar verdi hemence,yýkacaktý Kabeyi,
Kýsa zaman topladý,on binlerce askeri.




Vardý ordu önünde,Mahmut adlý büyük fil,
Atlý,yaya askeri,vardý büyük küçük fil,
Çýkaný tepeledi,ordu geldi Taif’e,
Bir kýsým askerleri,gönderdiler Mekke’ye.
